Saint Vincent’s C S Limited offer a range of individually tailored in home support services to vulnerable adults. The support available empowers and enables the individual to live as independently in their homes and community.
Supported Employment
Supported employment is a program of support for people with disabilities to access employment. It provides assistance in finding, training and retaining employment tailored to the needs of the individual.
Community Support
We can support with all social activities, this includes attending the Church or Chapel of the customer’s choice. We can support the customer to attend hospital, doctor, and other medical appointments.
